• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth or exceed sales targets
• Lead and manage the sales team to ensure they meet their individual sales targets
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and various channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to clients
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote financial products and services
• Analyze market trends and recommend changes to sales strategies as necessary
• Recruit, train, and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and business goals
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders
• Negotiate and close deals with clients to meet revenue targets
• Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to senior management

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record in the financial industry
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of financial products and services and industry trends
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, sales forecasting tools and other relevant software programs
